Home Visit and Nutrition Application

The application (App) Home visit and nutrition are the instruments that serve to assist leaders in monitoring pregnant women and children under six years of age in the community. It is possible to register each pregnant woman and child and register, month by month, the answers to the questions of the home visit. In some questions, there is a "Learn more" button that contains topics related to the subject discussed and that can be shared with the family.

The data that each leader records during the visits generates important indicators about pregnant women and children.

Indicators are necessary because they bring attention to things to look out for. The indicators of the Pastoral Care for Children program are used to help leaders, families, and everyone who works at the Pastoral  Care for Children to know how the life situations of pregnant women and the children they follow up on are and which of them need special attention.

Pregnancy follow-up indicators

The indicators of the questions for pregnant women, which are on AppVisita, show how the pregnant woman's health conditions are and whether she has access to health services.

Leader, when you start following up with a pregnant woman, register her data in the Pregnant Woman's menu, under "New pregnant woman", on AppVisita. Then, register the pregnancy. And month by month make the visit.
